Can I still change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can still edit the shipping address of your order. If you need your address to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible as there is only a tiny window between you placing the order and us shipping it out.

Simply email us with your order number and your new (correct) shipping address, and we’ll try our best to make the changes for you. If your order has already been shipped and there's a mistake in the address, we can’t guarantee it’ll arrive at the right place. Please note we are not responsible for failed deliveries in case of a faulty address, so ensure your address is correct upon checking out.

How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

If your order hasn't been processed and shipped yet, we're still able to make changes or cancellations to your order. If your order has already been processed, we can no longer make any changes or cancellations. 

How do I track my order?

Once we’ve shipped out your order, you will receive an automated email containing the tracking information of your parcel. The initial tracking update may be delayed so if it doesn’t show much information after you’ve received your email, check in again the next day.

Important notes

Please note that orders may be delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses and/or discrepancies in payments, so always check to ensure the details are correct.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date. While our team and logistic partners are working around the clock to get your order to you ASAP, delays outside of our control can happen.

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address provided at checkout.

How long does it take before my order ships?

Our team will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours from Monday-Friday. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven't received any email, please check your spam folder.

How long does shipping take?

Our aim is to get the delivery driver to come knock on your door ASAP. We process and ship your order within 24-48 hours after receiving it. After that, it takes:

  • 3-10 business days with free shipping
  • 1-2 business days with express shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide (Europe, US, Asia, Africa, Middle-East, you name it..) and always use a tracked service to ensure you can locate your parcel at all times.

Where are pleage HydraHer supplements manufactured?

Our supplements are manufactured in The Netherlands! We adhere strictly to European guidelines, and we test our products on our own team, not on animals.

How long does pleage HydraHer supplements last? Do they expire?

Our HydraHer supplements are shelf-stable (no refrigeration required) and last 2 years unopened to their expiration date. 

Once opened, we recommend use within 12 months to preserve the quality and effectiveness of the product. We recommend storing your HydraHer supplements in a clean and dry space, away from places that experience humidity, excess heat, or moisture. 

Are pleage products cruelty-free?

All pleage products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Are pleage HydraHer supplements vegan friendly?

Yes, our HydraHer supplements only use 100% natural ingredients and are capsulated in HPMC capsules.

Can I take pleage HydraHer supplements if I can't swallow capsules?

If you have a hard time swallowing capsules or pills, don’t worry! You can open up the capsules and pour the formula into your water, juice, smoothie, etc.

Your happiness with our products is our top priority. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days for a refund.

Here's how our return process works:

Refund Policy:

Opened Products:

  • You may return one opened pouch within 30 days to receive a full refund.
  • If you’ve purchased multiple pouches and opened more than one, we can only refund one opened pouch, even if all were purchased within the same 30-day period.
  • When returning an opened product, please let us know the reason. Possible reasons include:
    • Product defect or damage
    • Adverse reactions
    • Wrong product received
    • Product didn’t work as expected
    • Changes in your medical condition
    •  

Unopened Products:

  • You may return one unopened pouch, in its original condition, within 30 days for a full refund.
  • If multiple unopened pouches were purchased, only one unopened pouch is eligible for a refund.

Example:

If Caroline purchases three pouches and opens one, she is eligible to return both the opened pouch and one of the unopened pouches for a refund, provided they are returned within 30 days.

To start a return, reach out to our Customer Support team using the form below. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and specify the issue based on the list mentioned earlier.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return and are required to arrange their own return shipping label. We do not offer return labels. Additionally, customers must obtain a tracking number for the return shipment to ensure it can be tracked.

Notify Us:

Once your return shipment has been delivered to our warehouse, please send us the tracking number along with proof of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and notify us once the return is successfully delivered. After we receive your notification and verify the tracking details, we will begin the refund process. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show on your account. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders:

Our refund and return policy applies to domestic orders only. For international returns, please contact us for specific instructions.

*Please note this guarantee is only valid on first orders (not on repeat orders) placed on or after October 7th, 2024.

Are these products safe for teenagers?

Our range was created for adults aged 18+. If you're a parent of a child under 18 and interested in our supplements, it would be best to consult your child’s pediatrician if they’re interested in using our products.
